WIN101 - Introduction to Small Wind
A 1 day (8 hour) course designed for people who have an interest in residential size wind systems for their home or business. (100kW or less) This course will inform students as to what wind energy is, how it works and what it can do for you. Students in this course will learn the basics of wind energy. Topics will include: wind resources, basic system components, system types, net metering, turbine types, applications, basic steps to assessing your site and tower types.

WIN102 - Introduction to Large Scale Wind Development
A 1 day (8+hours) course is designed for people who have an interest in Large scale Wind projects. Students will learn the basic steps to project development such as; Site selection, land agreements, wind assessment, interconnection, permitting, PPA, zoning, Etc.

WIN110 - Introduction To Fall Protection Equipment Inspection
One day (8 hour) introduction to Inspecting fall protection equipment is designed for the worker who is responsible for buying, inspecting & placing out of service worn equipment, the climber who is responsible for their own equipment & life, for the newly trained competent person who may need more additional hands on inspection training or the ground person who just needs to know more about the equipment being used.

WIN111 – Introduction to Tower Climbing Safety
A one day (8 hour) Introduction to tower climbing safety. Students will spend the first half of the day in class learning the basics of equipment, inspections, hazards and tool selection. Balance of the day will be spent on a tower practicing and performing the tasks learned in class.

WIN211 - Tower Climbing Safety & Rescue "Non-Climber"
A two day course that coincides with "Authorized Climber/Rescuer" This course is developed for Non-climbers such as; ground workers, supervisors, and other tower site working personal that, in the line of their normal duties, would have no need to actually climb a tower, but would need to know what is, and what is not, safe tower practice and rescue procedures.

A two day (16+hours) course designed to exceed OSHA Standard 1926.503 Training Requirements, Fall Protection, (b) Certification of Training. Student 's will cover Law, Policy, Hazards, Rope, Knots, Safety, Equipment Inspection, PPE, Fall Safety, Rigging, Safety plan, & Rescue.

WIN313 - Advanced Tower Climbing Safety & Rescue "Capable Climber/Rescuer"
A three day (24+hours) Course designed to exceed OSHA Standards for Competent Climber/Rescuer. This training course is designed for tower workers who oversee other workers on the towers. The training provides individuals with the required skills to safely distinguish evaluate and control hazards related to small wind tower work. It also teaches students climbing techniques, proper selection of fall protection equipment and how to correctly rig a variety of rescue equipment for a range of possibilities and rescue a victim considering the probable injuries sustained.

Curriculums are designed to meet the needs of those within the small wind & tower climbing industry and consist of interactive classroom sessions and hands on exercises to stimulate the learning process. Certification Courses are developed to meet or exceed, OSHA/MIOSHA Regulations, ANSI standards, Small Wind Industry best practice recommendations, and NABCEP Small Wind Installer job task analysis©.
